Verfico Technology: 2022 - Present

Role: Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Jesse co-founded Verfico Technology in 2022, a tech startup specializing in SaaS product development focused on ensuring fair pay and wage compliance practices in the construction industry.

As CTO, Jesse drove the technology and product strategy that led to Verfico’s successful acquisition in early 2025, positioning the company as a leader in its niche market.

  • Scaled the company from 1 to a cross-functional team of over 10 people, spanning development, product, and operations, while fostering a collaborative culture to achieve aggressive growth milestones.
